We’re excited to get your order on its way! Here’s what you need to know about shipping:


Order processing time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.


Shipping methods: All of our orders are shipped by courier. If a PO Box is provided, Canada

Post will be used. Please keep in mind that this service normally takes longer to arrive than a Courier.


Shipping Costs: We are proud to offer a $10 flat shipping rate, no matter the size or destination

of the order.


Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once

your order has shipped.


Shipping Restrictions: We only ship within Canada. For American addresses, please place your

order at www.charliesoap.com.


Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please

contact customer support at sales@provadainc.com immediately.


We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have any

Return Policy


Not Loving It? No Worries!

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your

purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer the following return and

refund policy:


Returns: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or

exchange, provided it is in original condition.


Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange

merchandise for an item of equal or lesser value, as long as the item is unopened.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact

customer service at sales@provadainc.com immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or

refund. We will make it right.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at sales@provadainc.com for

return instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that do not meet our return policy

criteria.

I have a gift card - how do I use it and does it have an expiration date?

No worries! Our gift cards do not expire. Simply enter the corresponding code at checkout to

Pay.


I have a discount code - how do I use it?

Sweet! You can enter your discount code at checkout to receive your savings.


Can I purchase Charlie's Shop in-store?

Yes! Visit our "Retailers" page to check out our ever-growing list of stockists.

You can also purchase Charlie's Soap products online at Home Depot.
